Except for customers who sign up for FLEXiAnnual, We charge and track time for every ticket. If customers prefer to put all tasks for a given day in one ticket they are welcome to do that.
For all plans, the invoice will be raised at the end of every calendar month. Meaning all the website update tasks submitted in a given calendar month will be invoiced at the end of month.

Any tasks that involve application programming and/or, and/or system analysis and design and /or and Database programming and/or database design, Application testing can not done under this contract for website maintenance, creation of graphics
