Features of the process
The website content change request can be initiated by any number of subject matter experts.
For all website content change requests primary Techwest contact will be Techwest Account Manager.
Hence all communication to Techwest team will happen through the Techwest Account Manager.
It is preferable that content change requests originating at the client end are forwarded to the Techwest Account Manager through one single contact.
The following process descriptin is for full time project or ongoing engagement model.
Content change initiation
The content change initiation can happen in two ways:
As a result of ongoing website content audit by Techwest team or
As a result of content change/update request by your team
Primarily, In Content Change Initiation, a request will be raised by either Techwest team or your team to make content or technical changes to the website.
The outcome of this step is the approved content change request
Content change
In this step, the actual content change or technical changes will take effect, which will be done by the Techwest team. Once the content has been changed, Techwest team will notify your team about the content changes that have taken place and will request for approval.
Content change approval
The Content change approval makes sure that your team is aware about and approves the new content or techical change before the change fgoes live. The approval for content or techical change will typically happen over email.
Content live
Once your team has approved the change, Techwest team will make the content or technical change live.
